Acknowledging you need help can be hard, reaching out for help can be harder.

At Sue Watson Therapies it's important that every client feels heard, valued, and supported. As an integrative counsellor (short term), psychotherapist (long term), and hypnotherapist, Sue works hard to tailor every therapy session to the needs of the individual client. She is able to offer solely counselling, psychotherapy, or hypnotherapy sessions, as well as a combined counselling and hypnotherapy approach, where she blends the most appropriate techniques each session to deliver bespoke therapy that fits your needs, making the most of her knowledge and skills, your engagement, and the wonderful abilities of the human mind. Sue works mostly in person, but does offer online counselling sessions via video call.

There's a lot of confusion out there about what hypnosis is... and what it isn't. So to clarify - it's a perfectly natural state that people go in and out of all the time, they just don't realise that that's what they're doing. Hypnotherapy is where you use this natural state to bring about positive change.

Life's tough, and sometimes we all

need a little help navigating its twists

and turns. Counselling is a great way of getting that help in a way that's tailored to you, because we all know that 'one size' does not fit all!
