You're in safe hands...
On 23rd March the government announced a 3 week lockdown for the UK, so I am unable to offer face-to-face counselling for the foreseeable future. Happily telephone counselling isn't limited by these restrictions, so I am just as available as ever to help you through these new and for many, worrying times.
Regretfully I have decided not to offer hypnotherapy via non-face-to-face formats as I just don’t feel that it is as effective, or ethical, as face-to-face sessions.
It's a little bit trickier when it comes to distance hypnotherapy. In many cases it's not possible to carry out safe and effective hypnosis via video link, but it is possible to work with some issues such as stress, anxiety, and sleep problems. If you're looking for some help in these areas it's possible I can work with you during these unusual times, so please do get in touch and we can talk about what you're looking for.

There's a lot of confusion out there about what hypnosis is... and what it isn't. So to clarify - it's a perfectly natural state that people go in and out of all the time, they just don't realise that that's what they're doing. Hypnotherapy is where you use this natural state to bring about positive change.
Life's tough, and sometimes we all need a little help navigating its twists and turns. Counselling is a great way of getting that help in a way that's tailored to you, because we all know that 'one size' does not fit all!
